Established in 2024 as a joint venture between RelyEZ’s visionary founders and a prominent energy investment financier, RelyAssets leverages its unique expertise to empower the renewable energy transition globally.
Our Vision
A few years ago, the biggest criticism of clean energy was its uncertainty: solar depends on sunlight, and wind relies on the breeze. But with the rapid decline in battery storage costs, this weakness has vanished. BESS now paves the way for a full-speed transformation of our energy mix, making clean power reliable, flexible, and unstoppable!
RelyAssets aims to accelerate this revolution, empowering clean energy anytime and anywhere. RelyAssets is developing a large, diversified portfolio of grid-scale BESS assets across multiple energy markets. Our Founders
RelyAssets was founded by two energy storage pioneers and a clean energy investor, combining deep expertise in storage development and manufacturing with sharp investment insight.
Founder & CEO
Emeric brings deep expertise in energy investment and finance. As head of investment of a large european IPP, he led the fundraising of €550M in equity and debt, driving the development and construction of 20+ renewable assets across Europe. With 8 years in banking, he has a strong background in project finance, acquisition finance, M&A advisory, and debt structuring, having worked in Paris, Madrid, and New York.
